We’re proud to currently offer delivery to Canada and the USA, and we’ll be expanding to other countries throughout the year.
Order delivery time is divided into two parts:
1. Processing Time
This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
All orders are sent to our processing center for dispatch within 48 hours of being placed.
Please note: During peak periods or international holidays, processing and/or delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We are committed to ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Time
This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our processing center to their final destination.
Shipping times may vary depending on local logistics conditions.

Standard shipping to Canada and the United States usually takes 5 to 12 business days.

We operate warehouses in the United States, Canada, and France.
To serve you better, we ship from the closest warehouse available. If one warehouse is out of stock, your order may be shipped from another.

Logistics Providers
We partner with a variety of trusted logistics providers and automatically allocate the most efficient one based on your region.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of the items, a tracking number, and a link to track your package.
Please note: It may take a few hours for the tracking information to update. If delivery fails, you will be notified by email.
If you do not receive your package, please contact us within 30 days of your order date.
