Installation Guide – StickTiles

Step-by-step instructions for a flawless result:

1. Clean the surface thoroughly
Use a degreaser such as TSP (Trisodium Phosphate) to remove all residues.
Avoid using dish soap, as it may leave a film that prevents proper adhesion.

2. Mark a level line
Using a spirit level, draw a straight horizontal line on your wall where the top of the first tile row will be placed.
This ensures your installation starts off perfectly straight.

3. Peel and stick
Remove the protective film from the back of your tile and align it with your guideline.
Press it firmly onto the wall.

4. Apply and align each tile
Continue placing tiles one by one, making sure they are straight and properly overlapped.
Align the grout lines and overlap any printed letters or numbers to make sure they remain invisible once installed.

5. Finish the wall
Repeat the process for the entire wall. Trim any excess tile at the beginning and end of rows if needed for a clean finish.

6. Let it set
After 48 hours, your StickTiles will be permanently bonded to the wall.
Now, sit back and enjoy your refreshed space!

Important Notes:

  • The letters/numbers printed on the back of the tiles are for manufacturing purposes only.
    We recommend laying out the tiles on a counter beforehand to plan your desired pattern.
    During installation, always overlap the printed markers along the grout lines so they don’t show.

About our adhesive

If the adhesive doesn’t feel sticky to the touch — don’t worry! That’s by design.
Our engineered adhesive allows repositioning during installation and becomes fully set within 48 hours after application.
Avoid touching the adhesive with your fingers as much as possible, and once your tile is correctly placed, press firmly for a secure hold that will last for years.

Special note for fireplace mantels

StickTiles BRIKS can be installed on surfaces that do not exceed 49°C (120°F).
Avoid direct contact with heat sources or open flames, as this may damage the product.
